✦ ABOUT US
Digestion feels inconsistent. Energy rises and falls without a clear reason. Advice that’s meant to help often leaves more questions than answers. Can you relate?
What’s labeled as “healthy” doesn’t always work for everyone. Plans and routines that help others fall flat. Relief is often temporary, while the underlying imbalance remains unaddressed. Over time, trust in the body weakens—not because the body has failed, but because it hasn’t been listened to.
Most conventional wellness approaches focus on managing symptoms or fitting people into categories. Very little attention is given to how a person digests food, stress, emotions, and daily life.
This disconnect builds gradually, often starting in digestion and later affecting energy, mental clarity, and your body’s resilience. There’s a better approach…
✦ ABOUT AYURVEDA
Ayurveda is a system for understanding how imbalance develops long before it becomes obvious. It pays attention to digestion, daily habits, mental load, and environment because these are where health quietly shifts over time.
When digestion weakens, when routines don’t match the body’s needs, or when stress overrides inner signals, the body adapts—until it can’t.
Ayurveda works by noticing these patterns early and correcting them gradually, using food, routine, and awareness rather than force.
It’s not about fixing the body, but about removing what prevents it from functioning as it naturally should.
What is Ayurveda, exactly?
As Maharishi Mahesh Yogi taught
Problems are not solved on the level of the problem.
The solution lies in watering the root.
Maharishi Ayurveda
works with your body’s natural balance systems.
At Stay Sacred Ayurveda, each person is approached as an individual expression of nature. Health is assessed through constitution, current imbalance, digestion, lifestyle, and environment. A key part of this process is Nadi Vigyan, the Ayurvedic pulse technique, which offers insight into how the body’s systems are communicating beneath the surface.
From this understanding, guidance becomes precise and personal. Diet, daily routine, and supportive practices are aligned with your natural rhythm so balance can be restored gradually and sustainably.
Ayurveda does not diagnose or treat disease. It supports health by working with the body’s natural intelligence—allowing resilience to return over time.
✦ ABOUT Me
Hi, I’m Kristina
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Ayurveda Wellness and Integrative Health from Maharishi International University (Consultant Track, December 2024) and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in the same field.
I practice Ayurveda because it works—not as a quick fix, but as a sustainable way to restore balance and support long-term health.
My work is guided by Maharishi Ayurveda, Transcendental Meditation, plant medicine, Reiki, and sound healing. I take time with each client, creating space for trust, understanding, and thoughtful guidance.
Ayurveda does not heal you—you heal yourself. Sometimes, you just need the right support.
How Stay sacred ayurveda works
✦ HOW IT WORKS ?
We start with understanding you
Ayurveda begins with the individual.
Your health is shaped by your Prakriti (natural constitution), your current Vikriti (imbalance), your digestion, lifestyle, environment, and mental state. What works for someone else may not work for you—and that matters.
In our first session, time is taken to understand how you digest food, stress, emotions, and daily life. This is how imbalance is identified at the root, before it becomes louder in the body.
We listen through the pulse
A central part of the assessment is Nadi Vigyan, the Ayurvedic pulse technique.
Through gentle touch at the wrist, the pulse reveals information about digestive fire (Agni), dosha balance (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), tissue health, and the state of the mind.
This is not symbolic; it is a practical way of accessing the body’s inner intelligence.
We focus on digestion first
In Ayurveda, digestion is the foundation of health.
You don’t only digest food—you digest everything you take in: sensory input, relationships, stress, information, and energy. When digestion is strong, balance is easier to maintain. When it weakens, imbalance begins to accumulate.
Your diet, daily routine, location, and current state of health are all considered together to support digestion in a way that fits your system.
A personalized plan takes shape
Based on your assessment, a personalized plan is created to support balance over time. This may include guidance around:
Food and eating habits
Daily routine and sleep
Movement and rest
Ayurvedic self-care practices
Supportive multimodalities such as aromatherapy, abhyanga (oil massage), nasya, gandusha, yoga, sound, or meditation. Nothing is forced. Nothing is extreme. The goal is alignment with your natural rhythm.
Support, refinement, and time
Healing is a process.
Imbalances do not appear overnight, and returning to balance happens step by step. Follow-up sessions allow space to observe changes, refine guidance, and support sustainable progress.
Ayurveda does not diagnose or treat disease. It focuses on prevention, maintenance of health, and restoring balance—so your body can do what it is designed to do.
